Document lead details accurately and relay qualified leads to the Patient Coordinator
Scheduling & Administrative Support
Assist with scheduling consultations, follow-ups, and appointments
Confirm appointments and support efficient daily schedule flow
Prepare patient charts and assist with administrative documentation
Facilitate smooth communication between patients, providers, and staff
Office, Lobby & Environment Maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk area
Ensure patient-facing spaces reflect a polished, luxury environment
Monitor supplies and notify management of office needs
Assist with general office organization as needed
Patient Coordination Support (Secondary / Growth Opportunity)
Assist the Patient Coordinator with administrative and follow-up tasks
Support patient communication and next-step guidance when appropriate
Learn patient consultation and coordination workflows over time
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years in luxury hospitality, medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, or a concierge/front office environment
- Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence
- Confidence in speaking with patients about sensitive or high-value decisions
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Strong computer skills; experience with EMR systems, scheduling software, and patient communication platforms
- Prior experience in sales support or high-ticket customer service is a plus
- Passion for aesthetics and a desire to grow into a patient-facing sales role
