Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and curate content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and before-and-after showcases.
- Write compelling captions and posts that align with the practice's voice and brand.
- Monitor trends in aesthetics, beauty, and plastic surgery to create relevant content.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure all content aligns with ethical and professional standards.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Assist with occasional email marketing, blog writing, and website updates.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and video content trends.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and optimize strategies.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and industry regulations is a plus.
- Passion for aesthetics, beauty, and patient education.
